Bryan Ong is the Co-Founder and Principal of Founder Partners PTE LTD, bringing extensive experience in business transformation, capital structuring, and transaction execution. With a background rooted in operations and strategic growth, Bryan has worked closely with SMEs to streamline performance, strengthen governance, and prepare leadership teams for fundraising and strategic exits.

Bryan’s core strength lies in understanding both sides of the capital table: founders’ objectives and investors’ risk frameworks. He helps companies build investor-ready documentation, develop credible long-term financial planning, and navigate complex negotiations with clarity and discipline.

Prior to Founder Partners, Bryan led initiatives across hospitality, services, and growth sectors, consistently driving operational improvement and scalable growth. His approach emphasises strategic alignment, disciplined execution, and outcomes that protect shareholder value over the long term.

With a global perspective cultivated through cross-market experience, Michael helps founders and management teams connect with capital partners who can deliver strategic value beyond funding.

Michael specialises in building relationships with family offices, high-net-worth investors, private equity firms, and corporate investors across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and international markets. His approach is relationship-driven, underpinned by disciplined governance frameworks that ensure clarity, trust, and accountability throughout the investment lifecycle.

Before co-founding Founder Partners, Michael developed expertise in strategic capital deployment and stakeholder alignment — skills that are now central to the firm’s ability to structure and execute complex capital raises and partnerships for SMEs.
